Pigeon Forge
If you paid attention in history class, you’ll recognize this one. One of the most pivotal sites in Civil War history, Pigeon Forge was once ravaged by the fires of conflict and stained by the blood of soldiers from both sides; today, it’s a great place to take your date! With an audio-visual overload of beautiful natural sights and sounds as well as a number of romantic attractions, it’s truly a wondrous place to behold!
The best thing about Pigeon Forge, without a doubt, is its natural scenery. With a plethora of excellent overlooks, over eight hundred miles of walking trails and a wide variety of exquisite flora and fauna, any couple that visits Pigeon Forge is sure to find it romantic. Nothing is quite as idyllic as a walk beneath an arbor of towering green trees!
Don’t let the focus on natural beauty fool you, though; there’s more to do here than simply look at your surroundings! If you visit in the winter, you’ll be treated to some of the highest-quality ski slopes and resorts that you’ve ever seen in your life. Who said adrenaline isn’t an aphrodisiac? Then there’s the beautiful setting of the vineyard; it’s perfect for virtually any occasion! Whether you’re celebrating a significant event like an anniversary or simply doing your best to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city with your significant other, this is the place to do it. Take a walk in the vineyard with your partner and you’ll quickly see what we mean!
When the sun goes down, it’s time to put some delicious food away and then turn in for the night. As for the former, you can do just that at the vineyard’s excellent restaurant, accomplishing the latter in one of the charming and lovingly prepared rooms that can be rented right in the vineyard. After a quiet but sultry night in one of these rooms, your relationship will no doubt be a lot stronger!
